Community partnerships are a critical foundation of the CollegeBound Saint Paul program as they have the trust and rapport built with families through existing programs and services. This page is to help you access needed resources easily, but always feel free to reach out to us directly with questions!
Are you an organization that offers services to participants in the areas of Early Child Wellness or Financial Health? If your participants are CollegeBound families and engage in your services that qualify for empowerment bonuses, here are some helpful resources to make sure your participants are getting their bonus money!
Families can earn $50 every year for participating in activities that promote their family’s financial health, such as taking a financial education course or participating in a program to improve their credit. Families can also earn $50 per year for activities that promote Child Wellness, like participating in parenting classes or taking your baby to a well-baby check-up. Help families claim their bonuses by reporting their activities to CollegeBound! You can do this by filling out documentation which can include an empowerment bonus post card or verification form. Make sure families include their child’s name and date of birth OR CollegeBound ID number. Reach out to collegebound@ci.stpaul.mn.us to submit bonus documentation or questions.
